Description

The Huawei Luna2000-5kW-CO is a power module for the Luna 2000 intelligent energy storage system, featuring a 5kWh modular design that scales from 5 to 30kWh. It uses Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cell technology with an integrated optimizer that manages each battery module independently.

The system offers 100% depth of discharge with energy optimization at the module level. It includes four levels of protection—from cell to electrical, structural, and emergency—and is certified to VDE AR-E 2510-50, CE, RCM, CEC, and other international standards. The power module weighs 12kg and features automatic detection via app with easy installation and fast commissioning.

Compatible with Huawei residential inverters in single-phase and three-phase configurations, the Luna2000-5kW-CO supports scalable mixed use of battery packs with no capacity loss when expanding the system.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible (7–10 business days). Delivery is handled by an external logistics partner and shipped to the address you provided during checkout. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and delivery address. In some cases, shipping is free above a certain order volume. This is clearly shown before you complete your purchase. If shipping costs apply, they are always visible at checkout.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
