Description

The Enstall FlatFix Fusion End Clamp is designed to secure solar panels on flat roofs. This 40mm thick clamp fastens to the edge of the last solar panel in a row using mounting screws and pilot holes in the long and short mounting elements.

FlatFix Fusion is a lightweight flat roof mounting system from Dutch manufacturer Enstall, suitable for most flat roof installations. The system features an innovative design for efficient installation and comes with a 20-year manufacturer's warranty. The clamp is constructed from steel with Magnelis coating for durability.

The end clamp is available in multiple thicknesses (marked on the back) and in gray or black finishes. It measures 34.5 mm wide, 50 mm tall, with an 11 mm marking height, and is part of Enstall's comprehensive flat roof mounting solution.

When will my order be delivered?

Yes. You can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please submit a return request first via the return form or by email. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 14 days, preferably in the original packaging and in the same condition.

Are there any costs for returns?

Yes. Returns are subject to an administration fee of 5% of the total order value. Return shipping costs are at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days.

What warranty applies to the products?

Products are supplied by manufacturers or distributors. The manufacturer's warranty conditions apply to each product and may vary by brand and product type. Please consult the product documentation for exact coverage and duration. For inverter repairs performed via our service, we provide a 3-year warranty on proper operation of the repaired inverter.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. In some cases, and subject to credit approval, payment by invoice may also be possible. All available options are shown during checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed. Please submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellations without valid reason are subject to a fee of 5% of the total order value, with a minimum of €25. For custom-made or specially ordered products already processed, full costs may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review your case and advise next steps. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve it efficiently.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If a delay occurs, you will be informed in writing. We guarantee delivery no later than 30 days after confirmation. If delivery cannot be completed within that period, you may request a refund or a replacement product of equal value.
