Is the system compatible with my inverter?

It depends on the specific model and specifications of your inverter. It is recommended that you verify compatibility with the manufacturer or a qualified installer before purchase. Link to the compatibility sheet

Is there anything else I need to add to my modules?

The BYD BCU+Base is required for the BYD B-BOX Premium HVM modules to function. The BCU+Base acts as the control and communication unit for the energy storage system and ensures that the modules are properly configured and functioning. The BCU+Base helps to optimize system performance and security and is an essential component to ensure that the energy storage solution operates efficiently.

Can the storage size be expanded in the future?

The BYD B-BOX Premium is designed to be scalable, i.e. it can change its capacity as required. The system allows up to 8 battery modules to be connected. The maximum capacity of a single system is 22.1 kWh. It is a flexible and adaptable energy storage solution, with the possibility of increasing capacity. To expand the system, simply add more modules.

What if I need a bigger storage?

Up to 3 BYD B-BOX Premium HVM systems can be connected in parallel to increase the capacity up to 66.2 kWh. For optimal performance, it is important that each system is indoctrinated or has the same number of modules.

Is it possible to combine HVM and HVS modules?

The BYD B-BOX Premium HVM energy storage system and the BYD B-BOX Premium HVS energy storage system are separate and distinct systems designed for different purposes. These systems cannot be combined or connected in parallel with an HVS system. Each system has its own unique specifications and features, and it is important to select the right system based on your specific energy storage needs and requirements. When considering an energy storage solution, it is recommended to consult with a qualified installer or manufacturer to ensure the right system is selected.

What is the difference between HVM and HVS?

The difference between HVM and HVS lies in their rated voltage and capacity. The HVM has a lower voltage compared to the HVS. In terms of capacity, the combined batteries in HVS range from 5.1 - 12.8 kWh, while HVM range from 8.3 - 22.1 kWh. The HVM has a higher capacity than the HVS, making it more suitable for more extensive energy storage needs. However, you can still increase capacity by interconnecting up to three identical systems in parallel.

Wanneer wordt mijn bestelling bezorgd?

Wat zijn de verzendkosten?

Kan ik mijn bestelling retourneren?

Ja. U kunt producten retourneren binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst. U dient eerst een retourverzoek in via het retourformulier of per e-mail. Zodra uw verzoek is bevestigd, moet het product binnen 14 dagen worden teruggestuurd. Geretourneerde producten moeten zorgvuldig worden behandeld en bij voorkeur in de originele verpakking worden teruggestuurd. Dit geeft u de tijd om uw aankoop te beoordelen, terwijl het proces overzichtelijk en gestructureerd blijft.

Zijn er kosten verbonden aan retourzendingen?

Ja. Voor retourzendingen geldt een administratiekost van 5 procent van de totale orderwaarde. Daarnaast zijn de retourverzendkosten voor eigen rekening. Zodra we het product in goede staat hebben ontvangen en gecontroleerd, wordt het resterende bedrag binnen 7 dagen teruggestort op uw bankrekening. Dit beleid maakt de afhandeling van retourzendingen transparant en voorspelbaar voor beide partijen.

Welke garantie geldt er voor de producten?

Producten worden betrokken van fabrikanten of distributeurs. Op elk product zijn de garantievoorwaarden van de fabrikant van toepassing. De garantievoorwaarden kunnen variëren afhankelijk van merk en producttype. We raden u aan de specifieke productdocumentatie te raadplegen voor de exacte dekking en looptijd. Voor omvormerreparaties uitgevoerd via onze service geldt een garantie van 3 jaar op het correct functioneren van de gerepareerde omvormer. Dit zorgt ervoor dat u profiteert van officiële fabrieksondersteuning en duidelijk omschreven garantievoorwaarden.

Welke betaalmethoden worden geaccepteerd?

We accepteren de volgende betaalmethoden: American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard en Visa. In sommige gevallen en onder voorbehoud van kredietgoedkeuring is betaling op factuur ook mogelijk. Alle beschikbare betaalopties worden weergegeven tijdens het afrekenen, zodat u de methode kunt kiezen die het beste past bij uw bedrijf.

Kan ik mijn bestelling annuleren of wijzigen?

Annulering is alleen mogelijk voordat de bestelling is verwerkt. U dient uw annuleringsverzoek schriftelijk in te dienen. Annuleringen zonder geldige reden zijn onderworpen aan een vergoeding van 5 procent van de totale orderwaarde, met een minimum van €25. Als uw bestelling beschadigd aankomt, neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op via e-mail of telefoon. Voeg duidelijke foto's en een omschrijving van het probleem toe. We beoordelen uw geval en informeren u over de vervolgstappen. Indien nodig bieden we een passende oplossing binnen het kader van onze algemene voorwaarden. Het tijdig melden van schade helpt ons het probleem efficiënt op te lossen.

Wat gebeurt er als mijn levering vertraagd is?

Als er een vertraging optreedt, wordt u schriftelijk op de hoogte gesteld. We garanderen levering uiterlijk 30 dagen na bevestiging. Als de levering niet binnen die termijn kan worden voltooid, kunt u verzoeken om een terugbetaling of een vervangend product van gelijke waarde. Dit zorgt ervoor dat vertragingen u niet zonder opties laten.
